Gelato Cart XL is a fully equipped mobile gelato cart and ice cream cart that can be operated both as a push cart and as a bicycle gelato trailer. It’s designed for gelato brands, parlors and caterers who want to serve premium gelato wherever the customers are – on promenades, in parks, at festivals or private events.
This ready-to-use stand features an Italian-made Pozzetti gelato machine with space for eight flavors (8 + 8 containers of 7 liters each, total capacity 112 liters). The closed pozzetti wells help maintain perfect serving temperature and protect the product from external heat and contamination.
Gelato Cart XL also includes a sink, a built-in electrical system with outlets, and interior storage for ingredients, cones and utensils. Everything is organized to support a professional workflow and fast service.

Use these panel sizes to create your artwork for Cart XL. Design each piece separately (Roof, Left, Center, Right) following the measurements shown in the diagram.
Artwork guidelines
- Build at 1:1 scale using the exact dimensions in the image.
- Add 5 mm bleed on all sides; keep important text/logos 10 mm inside the safe area.
- Color: CMYK, 300 dpi (minimum 150 dpi for large panels).
- File formats: PDF/X-1a, AI, EPS, or high-res PNG; outline all fonts.
- Send each panel as a separate file named: Roof, Left, Center, Right.
