1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website BizzOnWheels.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products (“Products”) offered by BizzOnWheels (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you (“you”, “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

These Terms apply to all online orders placed through our Shopify store.

3. Products

BizzOnWheels designs and manufactures specialised food carts, coffee carts, mobile billboards, advertising bikes and related equipment.

Product descriptions, images and technical data provided on the Site are for general information.
We reserve the right to improve, modify or discontinue Products without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect confirmed orders.
Colour shades and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and production tolerances.

4. Orders & contract

By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase a Product.
The contract is formed only after we confirm the order by email (order confirmation).
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, for example if:
- the Product is unavailable,
- payment is not authorised,
- there is an error in pricing or description.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount paid.

5. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and not include VAT, depending on your location and applicable rules.
Any additional customs duties, local taxes or fees charged by your country are not included in our prices (see “Customs & Taxes”).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

Payment methods are those available at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card, bank transfer). Your order will be processed only after successful payment.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide with carefully selected logistics partners.

In Europe, deliveries are usually made by road transport.
For USA, Canada, UAE, Australia and other continents, we generally use air freight.

Average transit time is around 7 business days once the order leaves our warehouse; this may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery terms are further detailed on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Customs, duties & local taxes

For international shipments:

Import duties, local VAT, customs clearance fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These amounts are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid according to local regulations.

Our transport partners can assist with customs clearance and, where available, with door-to-door services, as described on the Shipping & Delivery page.

8. Returns & refunds

Because BizzOnWheels Products are often custom-built, we accept returns only in justified cases, such as proven manufacturing defects, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

In summary:

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or quality issues confirmed by our team.
Damage caused during transport is the responsibility of the carrier; shipping insurance can be arranged.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Romania.
After technical inspection and acceptance of the return, refunds are processed within 30 days as detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The full Returns & Refunds Policy available on the Site is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Warranty & service

All BizzOnWheels Products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

Faulty parts confirmed under warranty will be replaced and shipped to the customer;
Shipping costs for replacement parts are paid by the customer;
After the warranty period, spare parts and service are available against payment.

10. Use of the products

Our Products must be used:

according to the instructions and technical specifications supplied by BizzOnWheels;
in compliance with local regulations (including food safety, hygiene, street vending permits, advertising and traffic rules).

The customer is solely responsible for obtaining any required licences, permits or approvals to operate the Product in their country or city.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (loss of profit, loss of business, etc.) arising from the use or inability to use our Products or Site.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the purchase price of that Product.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including images, texts, logos, product designs and graphics, is the property of BizzOnWheels or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent;
use our brand, logo or product images in a way that suggests an unauthorised partnership or endorsement.

13. Privacy & cookies

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on the Site.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these policies.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent courts in Romania, unless mandatory law provides otherwise for consumers.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in legislation, our business, or our Shopify store.

The latest version is always available on this page.
The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
