How we Started
Back in 2011, we started with a simple idea: turn a bicycle into a powerful mobile billboard. What began as a small prototype built in a workshop quickly became AdBicy – our first patented product and the foundation of BizzOnWheels. From day one, our goal was to help brands stand out in the streets with smart, flexible and eco-friendly advertising. Exported in over 75 countries it was a hit and allowed us to continue the product development till present.

By winning the Gold Medal at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, AdBicy was recognized as one of the most innovative advertising solutions in the world. Our bike-towed billboard combines high-impact visibility with unmatched mobility, allowing brands to reach people exactly where they are – on the street, at events, or in crowded urban areas. In 2018, we designed and built our first electric chopper bike – a bold mix of comfort, range and show-stopping looks. Developed for Eurobike, this model proved that BizzOnWheels can go beyond carts and create fully custom electric vehicles as well. The e-chopper quickly became a head-turner at events and a powerful platform for brand visibility on the move.
Lean Manufacturing
Food Cart Assembly Line
In 2020, we installed our first full food cart assembly line, bringing every step of production under one roof. From welding and finishing to final assembly and quality control, each cart is now built in a streamlined, repeatable process. This upgrade allowed BizzOnWheels to deliver higher quality, shorter lead times and more custom options for our customers worldwide.
Cargo Bike
Cargo bike prototypes
In 2021, we developed a full range of three-wheel cargo bike prototypes, designed as stable platforms for professional use. These frames were tested with different box sizes and layouts, from food carts to coffee bars and last-mile delivery.
Investing in our own CNC factory
In 2023, we invested in a full range of CNC machinery dedicated to bicycle trailers and food carts production: laser cutters, CNC routers, press brakes and CNC tube and pipe benders. Bringing these technologies in-house gives BizzOnWheels full control over every part we make, from frames to details, ensuring higher precision, faster lead times and true industrial-grade quality for every cart.

Launching our XL and Luxury Ice Cream Carts
In 2025, we introduced our XL food cart range and built one of the most luxurious and robust ice cream carts we’ve ever made: a fully stainless-steel, high-gloss model designed for the U.S. market. Engineered for heavy-duty use and a premium look, this cart combines durability, hygiene and striking aesthetics, setting a new standard for professional ice cream vending.

The design
Every food cart starts as a custom concept in our studio, designed for real business use: ergonomic workflow, smart storage and easy access to equipment. We focus on clean lines and balanced proportions, so your cart looks as professional as it works – on the street, at events or inside shopping malls.

We build our food and drink carts from high-grade materials and food-safe surfaces, chosen for durability and easy cleaning. From the frame to the smallest detail, every component is selected to withstand intensive daily use and outdoor conditions, while keeping a premium, modern look.

Since 2011, we’ve specialised in mobile vending and advertising solutions – from AdBicy to complete food carts.
