Shipping methods

• Europe – road transport
  Orders to EU and other European countries are shipped by road freight with trusted logistics partners like DHL/DPD/Raben etc.

• USA, Canada, UAE, Australia and other continents – air transport
  Orders outside Europe are shipped by air freight to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Delivery times

• Average transit time: around 7 business days from the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

• Exact delivery time may vary depending on destination, local customs procedures and the selected transport option.

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• The shipping price shown does not include:

  • local import taxes

  • customs duties

  • local VAT

  • any fees for delivery from the customs warehouse to your final address

These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are paid according to the rules of the destination country.

Customs, taxes and door-to-door delivery

Our shipping partners can assist with all import formalities and logistics, including:

• customs clearance

• payment of duties and taxes on your behalf (where available)

• door-to-door delivery from the airport or customs warehouse to your specified address
