Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your BizzOnWheels product. Because each unit is custom-built and shipped internationally, we accept returns only in justified cases, such as proven manufacturing defects.
If you believe your product is defective, please read the information below and contact us as soon as possible.
1. Eligible returns
We accept returns in the following situations:

Manufacturing defects or quality issues that affect normal use of the product

Missing parts or incorrect configuration compared to the order confirmation
To start a return, please contact us with:
-
order number
-
photos/videos clearly showing the defect
-
a short description of the problem
We will review your case and confirm whether the product is eligible for return or replacement.
2. Transport damage & shipping insurance
Damage caused during transport is not the responsibility of BizzOnWheels.
However, you can choose shipping insurance through our logistics partners. In this case:
-
any transport damage can be claimed directly with the carrier/insurer
-
we will support you with photos, documents and information needed for the claim
We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping for international deliveries.
3. Return shipping costs
If a return is approved:
-
the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse in Romania
-
return shipping costs (including any local fees or customs charges on the return) are paid by the customer
The product must be:
-
securely packed, preferably in the original packaging,
-
complete, with all accessories and documentation.
4. Inspection and refund
Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse:
-
We perform a technical inspection and prepare an internal reception and analysis report.

If the defect is confirmed and the return is approved, we will issue either:
-
a refund, or
-
a repair/replacement, as agreed with you.

Refunds are processed within 30 days from the completion of our inspection and analysis report.
The refund will be sent using the same payment method used for the original order, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Important notes

Products with damage resulting from improper use, incorrect assembly, lack of maintenance or unauthorised modifications are not eligible for return or refund.

Please keep all packaging and take photos immediately if the shipment appears damaged on delivery – this is essential for any insurance or transport claim.

This Returns & Refunds Policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country.
