Your Basic Coffee Cart comes with:

Body

Made of 12 mm plywood walls, reinforced with powder coated steel and HPL. The base structure is made of welded steel profiles. All the parts are CNC machined with a precision of 0,02 mm and assembled by hand.The body of the cart is delivered fully assembled, the user need to assemble only the wheels, the countertop and the roof.

Countertop setup

Food grade stainless steel, reinforced with 18 mm plywood. Built in sink, size GN 1/3. The tap is powered by a 220V water pump, with 20 liter fresh water tank + 20 liter waste water tank.

Knock box size GN1/6, 3 X 50 mm. Holes for electrical cables and water hoses.

Wheels

28″ aluminum wheels in front and adjustable rear wheel

Roof

Foldable roof made of steel frame covered with aluminum plate, powder coated, composed from 3 foldable parts.

1. What is the lifetime of a Bizz On Wheels cart? 

Our carts are designed to last for minimum of 10 years of daily use.

2. What is the Coffee Cart L made of?

All of our carts are made of the following materials:
Body: plywood covered in HPL and steel parts powder coated;
Countertop: plywood covered in food-grade stainless steel;
Chassis: steel.


3. What is the total weight of the Coffee Cart L?

Without equipment (Coffee Cart L body): 130kg


4. What is the storage capacity of the Coffee Cart L?

Right side interior:

– two shelves of 60L x 50W x 20H cm (23.6L x 19.7W x 7.9H inches)
– one shelf of 60L x 50W x 34H cm (23.6L x 19.7W x 13.4H inches)

Right side exterior compartment: 66L x 37W x 24H cm (26L x 14.6W x 9.4H inches)

5. Can the Basic Coffee Cart be used indoors and outdoors?

For indoor use, the cart is equipped with a 220V – 12V power source which enables it to be connected to a power outlet. For outdoor use, without access to a power outlet, a dual fuel (gas) espresso machine is required. 


6. Is the cart suitable for the US market & regulations?

The Basic Coffee Carts destined for our US customers are equipped with a 110V electrical system. Optionally we can equip the carts with several sinks or hot water.  


7. What are the traction modes available?

A. Push Cart mode: available for all cart models, it involves manually maneuvering and moving the cart via an ergonomic handlebar.

B. E-Bike mode


8. How can I safely transport the Coffee Cart over long distances?

Best solution for this would be a van or a car trailer; both would require an aluminum loading ramp.


9. Can the Basic Coffee Cart be left outside in the rain?

Even though are carts are resilient, due to equipment and electrical circuits we strongly recommend that you store the cart indoors when not in use.


10. Could I opt for a custom cart color?

 Our standard models already in stock, and with faster delivery, are painted in black or white specifically to allow custom branding with decals. We can’t paint them other colours. 

1. Will I need help to unload the Basic Coffee Cart ?

The fully assembled cart requires a forklift to be unloaded. 

2. What does the sink kit include?

For EU: GN ¼ sink, 12V water pump, 20L fresh & waste water tanks.

Optionally for US: GN ¼ sink, 12V water pump, 47L fresh water tank, 55L waste water tank (only for XL cart version).

Optionally, the XL cart version can also be fitted with a 12V water heater and a 6L water tank for a hot water sink.

3. Is it difficult to assemble the cart?

Our Coffee Cart L comes with fully assembled body, you need to assemble only the wheels, countertop and roof. 


4. What are the steps for installing the equipment on the Basic Coffee Cart?

Espresso machine installation:

  • mount the espresso machine on the countertop;
  • insert the electrical wires and water hoses through the specially designed countertop slots;
  • install the water pump for espresso machine;
  • install the espresso machine water tank;
  • install the espresso machine water filter;
  • connect the espresso machine to the interior 220V power outlet;
  • for gas-fueled espresso machines, install the gas tank in the right side exterior compartment;
  • install the 12V electrical system comprising of  12V 100Ah battery, 12V 220V inverter, and battery charger.

Coffee grinder installation:

  • mount the grinder on the countertop;
  • insert the grinder electrical wires through countertop slots;
  • connect the grinder to the 220V interior socket.

The Basic Coffee Cart interior socket can be connected to a power source via an electrical extension cord.


5. Is it possible to equip the cart with one or more fridges?

Yes, you can install a 31L fridge (56L x 34W x 38H  cm) in the right hand side exterior compartment.


6. What is the maximum payload for the Basic Coffee Cart?

350kg including equipment


7. What type of battery do I need  to power the cart?

A 12V 100Ah battery will power the cart for a minimum of 6 hours. For an increased duration, you could opt for a higher capacity battery or a solar panel kit. 


8. How much extra power does the solar panel system provide?

The 100Ah battery can power the cart for at least 6 hours; together with the solar panel kit, this autonomy is increased up to 10 – 14 hours. 


9. Is it possible to outfit the cart with a LED lighting system?

Yes; alternatively, we can supply or install the LED lighting system for you.

1. What payment options do I have?

After receiving the proforma invoice, you can pay by card using the Stripe.com payment system or by bank transfer. 

2. What is the manufacturing time for the Basic Coffee Cart?

If the cart is not in stock, the manufacturing time can be up to 15 days.
 

3. How long does the delivery take?

Europe (by road to your door): between 5 to 7 days

USA (by air to your door): between 7 to 15 days

USA (by sea to your door): between 40 to 60 days

4. What is the delivery cost?

Europe: EUR 550


5. How does the warranty work?

In case of parts damage or failure covered by our EU-compliant warranty policy, we will ship you the replacement parts and we will provide you with all the necessary technical support.
 

6. How fast can a warranty issue be solved?

Generally, we aim to solve all warranty issues in 3 to 5 working days.
