Ice Cream Cart XL is a fully equipped mobile ice cream cart and gelato cart that can be used both as a push cart or towed as a bicycle ice cream trailer. It’s a ready-to-use solution for selling ice cream and gelato at events, in parks, on promenades or in front of your shop.
The cart features a 260-liter freezer with sliding transparent glass display, so customers can easily see all flavors. It also includes a sink, a built-in electrical system with outlets and breakers, and generous interior storage for ingredients, cones and utensils – everything you need for a professional ice cream station on wheels.
For bike operation, Ice Cream Cart XL can be fitted with an optional towing system with integrated hydraulic brake, giving extra control and safety when riding with a loaded cart, especially on slopes or in crowded urban areas.

Use these panel sizes to create your artwork for Cart XL. Design each piece separately (Roof, Left, Center, Right) following the measurements shown in the diagram.
Artwork guidelines
- Build at 1:1 scale using the exact dimensions in the image.
- Add 5 mm bleed on all sides; keep important text/logos 10 mm inside the safe area.
- Color: CMYK, 300 dpi (minimum 150 dpi for large panels).
- File formats: PDF/X-1a, AI, EPS, or high-res PNG; outline all fonts.
- Send each panel as a separate file named: Roof, Left, Center, Right.
