Warranty & Service
All BizzOnWheels products are built to last and are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty coverage
During the 2-year warranty period, we cover:

defects in materials
-
defects in workmanship
-
functional failures that appear under normal, intended use
If a part is confirmed as defective under warranty, it will be replaced with a new part.
2. Replacement parts & shipping
For approved warranty cases:

the defective part will be replaced and
-
the new part will be shipped by courier to the customer
Please note:
Shipping costs for the replacement part are paid by the customer.
We will always try to choose the most efficient and cost-effective shipping option for your country.
3. What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:

damage caused by improper use, overloading or accidents
-
normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, cables, finishes, etc.)
-
modifications of the product
-
damage caused by improper storage, weather exposure beyond the product specifications, or lack of basic maintenance
4. Service & spare parts after the warranty period
After the 2-year warranty period expires, we continue to support your product through paid service and spare parts:

replacement parts are available at cost (parts + shipping)

we can assist with technical guidance for installation or recommend local workshops where possible

5. How to request warranty or service
If you need warranty assistance or paid service:
